The idea of Fermoscapes was started with the vision of giving the artisans a platform during the pandemic in 2020 and the brand was launched in 2021 with two craft and six products. We are a for profit social enterprise whose mission is to bring sustainability to each and every household and uplift the rural economy in that process. With 300+ artisans from which 90% are women artisans, Fermoscapes has a wide range of products which has 10-11 different types of sustainable fibres and raw materials which are naturally sourced and designed in different parts of India.

Vetiver, which is typically native to India, is more popularly known as khus and is an aromatic tall grass which has a natural affinity to the skin. The root of vitiver is known for it's medicinal benefits.&nbsp; Vetiver roots also have cell regenerative properties that provide healthy growth to the skin and acts as an excellent exfoliator. The outer cover of the loofah is made with sisal fiber. Regular use of the Loofah helps to rejuvenate the skin while properties of the Sisal fiber help prevent pimples and acne.
