Preserving culture and reviving art

Our products such as Western Wear, Kurties, Anarkalies, Suit Sets, Dupattas and a lot more, all these products are made from hand block print Ajrak or Ajrakh. We are preserving the dying art of Ajark and regenerating it by designing and selling handmade products. Barmer, Rajasthan is one of old city of thar and printing and dyeing work of Ajark is a part of its economy. We also support artisans who work on embroidery, applique and patch work from their home and empower them as well. We support many families who depend on the hand block printing work of Ajrak or Ajrakh.

This product is made using the Ajrak handblocked technique which is a process with up to 14 stages that employs natural colors for printing and is practiced in Barmer clusters of India.
