360° Unboxing video is cumpolsory to claim an exchange only if piece is defective and clearly will be seen in video.

In Video Label should be clearly visible with all four side shown. 

The parcel should not have any cuts. 

Video shouldn't have any pause/edit.  
 The video should clearly show any defects/damage piece clearly.

A complete unboxing video without any pause/edit, uncut parcels(without any torn or slit/cut before unboxing video) will be excepted for exchange of product if we can clearly see the  damage.
